Is this right about the rights ???


As a shareholder meeting conditions in the prospectus you may be entitled to a number of rights.

The rights I was entitled as a shareholder showed my in my brokerage account. I noted they were deemed to have a a .002/right value today.

Rights are tradeable (Buy or sell) thru your brokerage thru Dec 8. Read the prospectus.

You have until Dec 15 to exercise the rights you were awarded and kept and/or bought. The paperwork and money need to reach the address listed in the prospectus by Dec 15.

There are various alternatives in the Prospectus.
An example is you can exercise just some of the rights and sell some rights you own ( or let them lapse, or assign them to someone else etc)
