Update on Priority One Independent Valuation
GoConnect Ltd has been advised by Priority One Network Group Ltd (“Priority One”) that Priority
One has received a copy of the draft Independent Valuation Report (“Report”). Since the receipt of
the Report, Priority One has responded to a number of minor technical queries from the author of
the Report and now awaits the final report to be issued in the normal course of business in the short
term.
