I can't agree with you on everyone believing in market falling over. As far as my circle goes, there are lots of normal folks who reckon the world is ok, stocks are really cheap and problems will go away.

It's counter-intuitive to be a trader because you must think in both directions, most people only think one way. We have a resident perma-bull here, aka stockplaya.

The average person doesn't care about finance as long as their jobs are ok and the pubs are open. They don't think stockmarket got anything to do with them until they approach retirement age and find their superannuation only returned 0.98% for the last 5 years.

I don't stick to my opinions as my mind changes with the everything else in the world. But I like to hypothesize all the scenarios and figure out which one is most probable. My aim is to master my hypotheses, hence the nickname hehe.
