as to valuation I say
""Fair Market Value is the price for shares which would be agreed upon between a willing and informed buyer and a willing and informed seller under usual and ordinary circumstances; it shall be the highest price estimated in terms of money which the shares will bring if listed for sale on the open market with reasonable time allowed to find a purchaser who is buying with knowledge of all the uses and purposes to which the company is best adapted and for which it can be legally used.".
Note the use of INFORMED.Might be strange to a few HC'ites...not so for the professional that took on many at 7 cents two days ago
also free shares have been given to the many spinoff's listed on ASX... I cannot say much more on this but say "been there done that"
