Supermapes a $1 m governement subsidy equtes to just 1c per share in the share price and would be in my view a terrible result and see the SP drop alaringly as a CR imo would be certain .
To avoid the CR , I think the incentives should be more significant than this , one of the things the US government does do in these types of situations is fund the land purchase and lease back their " US citizens best interests land" at almost no cost for a set period until income commences and the project can self fund.
This would same MHM a significant capital cost .
If they were to do this , then also look to subsidize the site build by offering lower interest rates , ie 6-7% on the basis that MHM improve their land , and create jobs , this gives their community something of value and would be worth much more to the MHM share price as the CR is arguably not needed .

By the way thums up to twibncreeks post a few days ago , that was a really good balanced summary , i refrained from commenting on becuase i didnt want to stir up the Firsova hate campaign again .
