Just have a look at Bertrand Russell's advocacy of Eugenics. 10 years later the nazis were putting people into camps, experimenting on them and later exterminating them. I bet that sick old bugger Bertrand Russell swallowed hook line and sinker a lot of this natural selection and positive/negative mutation stuff.
