The next uplift in the FML SP will require both management to produce and also that the POG in OZ dollars stays high. I am quite certain that management will deliver 200k in 2012, but am not so sure the POG will hold. As such FML may succeed with its business plan and still end up failing financially. They will need some luck and not just with the weather.
FML is by no means a certainty and if proof is required, just refer to the current SP.
