Let's clear up the misconceptions regarding Evolution.
A monkey won't evolve into a Human.
But they can share a Common Ancestor!
It's called Natural Selection.
Species Evolve over time, but they don't turn into other Species.
A bird won't become a Pig.
But a Bird can change colour to blend in with its environment, to fool Predators for example.
A Poisonous Fish can exhibit 'warning' colours to warn predators of its Toxicity.
Etc.
The members of a Species who can adapt and change to a changing environment, tend to be the strongest breeders, with the strongest Genes for adaptability.
