I should not even bother with this reply but I will give it a go

A/ My comment was that all legends usually have some basis of fact
B/ I did not put forward this comment as a fact
C/ It was just a rhetorical question which may give an explanation of the beginning of the Ark story
D/ Obviously any planet we were going to immigrate to would already have life on it otherwise it would be pointless to go there in the first place so it would not be necessary to take every species that are here on our Earth.

The Ark was reputed to be 450 feet long not excessive for a space craft.
The ark was supposed to have about 16,000 creatures on it on three floors

So all I am saying is that anytime you say something is impossible or ridiculous there usually can be another answer to explain its existence.
You must always base everything on the fact that we the human race don’t know everything yet and we have a lot of learning to do
