It could be a large holder selling. A couple of years ago Xstrata (from memory) were dumping MEO very cheap. Once that selling finished MEO moved up 600% or more from those lows in only a few short months. From where I am sitting, the fundamentals of SEA have not changed, but for me, it has de-risked from where it was 12 months ago.
I wasn't intending on holding thru the Niobrara drilling, but its not worth selling now. Regretting not following the directors out at .75. Them the breaks though.
