Parlour I agree, a little patience in this game goes a long way.

Anyone who invested in HOG, should already know a few things
    1. The drill rigs are outdated, but must be used as they are the only rigs the locals have and know how to use
    2. To try and get new Rigs in and new personell would immediately trigger a massive backlash from the local authorities.
    3. Drilling in the Ukraine is not like drilling in the USA, market forces are still a relatively new concept and to rock the boat, could mean a total capsise of the boat
    4. Drilling was always going to be slow. estimated at 6 months per well. Anyone who thinks these things happen accorfing to projected timelines should not be investing in this game, especially in an oiler that is using old an outdated equipment.
    5. There are always delays and hold ups. There are always patches of geology that cause problems.
    6. there is likely to be breakdowns, delays etc etc. And in a country like the Ukraine finding personell, parts etc etc is always going to be slow....

I think thier are either some investors who need to grow some patience or who probably need to better understand the beast they are invested in.

HOG is an interesting play. It seems to be sitting on top of a liquid and gas gold mine, but, the location, technology and personell available present difficulty.
It now appears the geology may also present difficulty.

Thats the game your in folks, no use complaining about it, you just got to swallow it or get out. It happens and its not unusual.
