The mate of mine who I have mentioned before trying to sell a house in Brisbane not far from the city has just accepted an offer for 460k, contracts not exchanged yet however.
Believes it was worth over 600k in 2009, was trying for 560 earlier this year, managed to attract an offer of 540, but did not take it then.
