It would appear 1 person is buying again today ,our largest share holder it really fits his habit ,I would expect to see The proof of this by the end of the week with another substantial notice .does he know something as it would appear he is really close to Harley .or he trusts Harley ,could be putting a false base on the current price. if he stops buying things could settle down,also there is a placement due any time,meaning those inline for the placement get a discount .I think I will wait for placement announcement before I top up .
