not really, imo
if they are serious about maintaining their interest in Mt Bevan, they would spin off Mt Bevan to the new listed company and keep the rest. by keeping the Mt Bevan and spin off all other projects to me it looks like they are going to let LCY/NMDC to t/o the entire HAW in the future (maybe early next year)?

HAW will have 2.275b shares on issue, to raise $5m this time they need to issue 500m new shares, so keep Mt Bevan project in HAW I can only see more dilution in the near future.
