I would've expected the normal type of CR with a 1:4 or 1:5 offer to raise the funds. Definately blocks LCY from participating in the SPP to any great extent, whether intended or not. The cap on number is also interesting. Wonder if any of the shares not taken up in the SPP will be offered over the $15,000 amount? Judging by today, I'm thinking that it will probably be fully subscribed, as there has been no rush for the exits. The NPV of Mt Bevan is no pie in the sky.
