re: Ann: Corporate Restructure and Share Purc... pengui, you may be a novice, and I am a non-holder (maybe soon to be one), but I did have that same thought: maybe LCY only want the Mt Bevan asset, so HAW is tidying up its corporate structure, giving out part of the company for free, and will flog off the rest of the company- the Mt Bevan part. If this is the case, shareholders can profit by getting one half of their $$$ in a takeover, and get to keep the leftovers. Directors will benefit because they will keep their jobs as Directors in the new spin-off (that's what usually happens in these cases).
