well i cant talk for everyone but I am someone who fortunately for me never bought into AGS as it was heading up or when it was heading down. I watched it closely as I had friends that owned. I knew the sp was massively undervalued... but wasnt prepared to get in without clarity around how long the court action could drag out. Upon seeing yesterdays news i bought in. Fortunate for me to get it so low, 19 cents. I bought more today at 25. I think it is a compelling investment now that it appears likely we will have an outcome and progress to mining. Obviously I could have waited for much greater clarity on the deal before buying in... but I suspect it would be at multiples of the current price. I plan on holding through to production or such event that takes that off the table (ie buy out). At these prices I feel incredibly comfortable being in. It is unfortunate others had to experience the sp drops they did to this point... but that makes my claim to being a now shareholder of this company no less valid than those in for years.
