Remember there is a HUGE cap raise comming so perhaps they will do so then? That's how Healey and Begley were able to pick up their cheapies in ELK.
I'm more interested in the timing of the next raising and what happens to the 500 million or so shares to be issued.
Am warming to the stock though. It has a chance.
