Ratman - a couple of facts.
1. the US venture did not fall into a screaming heap. ICS walked away from untenable contractual requirements asked for by HTN. It would have meant that THELMA would not have been able to be utilised to its full potential anywhere in the world. A big loss to shareholders would you not agree?

2. IBA electronic claims are not what is processed thru THELMA. Read the reports at www.thelma.com.au

3. ECLIPSE is a system owned by Health Insurance Commission and is connected to by both IBA and ICS as well as others in the Australian health area.
