They were 500k shares given to him for FREE as part of the PRP (which thank goodness was withdrawn/abolished at this year's agm). Because you know, without his expertise and wisdom Wattle Dam would never have succeeded :/
The $1.325 represents the share price at Close Of Business on 5/12. Usually companies leave that blank when the shares are received for free, but I guess Ian wanted to fill that out with a figure to presumably deceive readers that the new shares are actually backed up with capital - which appears to have fooled some.
