You know, the irony is that a large component of good trading/investing is acknowledging mistakes and remaining humble in victory. Making mistakes is simply part of trading/investing. Genuinely acknowledging them is empowering. To not do so ensures that the same mistakes are repeated over and over again.
There is no room for chest beating in quality trading.
