    With an ageing population MAY at these levels should provide a very good long term investment.With a p/e of 12 and a yield approaching 5% and forecast earnings of 27 cents a share for 2003.Also a few major funds have recently bought at higher levels.I have confidence in the long term outlook for the company and will be buying more stock.
