Not much information in the Livingstone prospectus.
Initial holders got 10 million shares for $10,000 and subscribers get 15 million shares for (eventual cost of) $3 million. This was a cash box with "no identified projects" back in December 2004.
Initial holders include the chairman for 2.5 million, but no idea where the other 7.5 million shares went.
