LOL Zone, they might as well party on and dance the night away, the Carbon Dioxide Tax is all but dead and buried everywhere except Australia, where we have the most expensive and debilitating CO2 Tax in the world and where it couldn't make even a tiny difference, even if there was AGW which there isn't. Copenhagen ended the rise of the AGW myth, and Durban is just a Clayton's conference, a chance to boogie boogie boogie on the tax payers dollar.

Carbon Credits - nothing to see here folks, move along :)
