Now although I don't know what the lenders paid per share, one thing remains constant. That is no one wants to sell anything for less than they can get for it. And everyone wants to sell for the most they can get.
Also if you hold onto your shares everyone wants them to increase in value.
I can't see the majority owners of CRF, previous lenders to CNP exiting in a SP destructive way. In fact if they can see the value of their holding increasing then I'm sure they won't be in a hurry to exit. If deals are done it'll be on current value or projected value.
Looking at the past 4 years, I wouldn't be placing any value on litigation exposure. That's a known and is in my opinion inconsequential in the bigger picture. Same with management being reported as "up in the air".
I tell you if CRF isn't the cleanest most thoroughly audited company moving forward then I'd be amazed.
CRF should once again become a blue-ish chip.
