I understand Gavin May is a performer but he keeps everything close to his chest and his attitude is trust my I will perform. He has moved from a large cap.

Gavin need to treat Shareholders with respect and give than accurate expectations and key events. Plus give us bad news. (But return our calls)

For Example I hold shares in CNQ attached is a link to an announcement giving shareholders Bad News. But as an example upfront honesty in this announcement meant share price did not move.
