So much discussion about short term factors when just remember the rule of supply vs demand. Is there demand? HELL YEAH! Who is supplying the demand with high grade iron ore? FMG. Is the demand going to increase or decrease over time? If you think increase then FMG is a buy because prices will be supported by increased demand. If you think otherwise then join the short brigade. My strategy is to hold at this price level and if the price gets smashed by short sellers or market pannic then I will be accumulating more at a price I feel is a nice discount.
