Wyckoff trading is based on identifying supply/demand imbalance and trading with it. VSA is built from Wyckoff with a stronger analysis of individual bars.
I understand trade guider is VSA, I think VSA has its place as long as you keep Wyckoff's trading ideas in the fore front of your mind when interpreting those bars. Of which mitta does as you can tell with the terms of LPS,SOS, Jumping the Creek and so forth.
In the end I won't spend $1000 on a piece of software, not without a lengthy trail anyway. From what I gather of TG is that it would speed up the process of internalizing VSA principals.
