frankj RBS are one of Orbis' house brokers. Orbis structured the CR/SPP and put it thru RBS. Thats how Orbis got the deal no-one else got, top ups etc. (Other than perhaps a few of RBS's SI's.) Orbis as the biggest shareholder vetoed earlier "deals".
Continuing to insist its only/all a question of my credibility is a sure sign you're missing something here, aside from a little magnanimity.
As I said if you ask Pete about this (and he knows you) he'll likely tell you exactly what I'm telling you.
