They will delay, as this is the Chinese standard neg. tactic but they won't pull out, the evidence is: They are negotiating with Epengalo re: their requirement, (10% stake in Ext post T/O)
Don't expect this to be a quick/simple process, it wont be... in the end Ext shareholders will be very happy.... patience....and lots of patience will be needed.
