The plot now thickens. KAH directors saying 'we'll green light your offer for us, but not our shares in EXT' Considering all they are is a nominee holder for EXT shares, it effectively neutralises the CGNPC bid, assuming no more than 50% of KAH shares end up in China. Am I reading the implications correctly?
