Watso, never mind the Directors Fees, I bet if one had a close look at the rest of the expenses, they will find that most of the 9 million raised has gone to the Directors one way or another.

Beresford seems to be getting paid for Rent, Office Supplies,etc, Salter and Matich besides the obvious Directors Fees have been paid 'CONSULTANT FEES" neither is a Geo, if you believe TM, one is a used car salesman.

This company was set up for these people to grab a lot of dough as quick as they could like a "smash and grab" just no guns were used. My sympathy to all the suckers, sorry I meant Shareholders.Just be aware the next time these guys are involved in a listed Co, dont look back just start running as FAST as you can in the opposite direction.

Todays meeting will be a waste of everyones time because no matter who gets in, the stripper king or the porn king there is nothing there to mine as Watso says the only thing getting mined is the SH POCKETS.

The only value this Co has is as a shell, find another good asset and vend it in.
