Harley, I feel any offer superior to this one has a chance simply because neither RIO nor CGNPC have a controlling interest in EXT or KAH. If we get a better offer in the short term, KAH holders (non directors) have no obligation to sell to CGNPC (as they don't even under this offer either). It's important for us all to remember that MH's recommendation to KAH Holders is just that, it's not a compulsory order. Only about 6% of KAH stock has thus far been committed to this bid.
