the upside outweighs the downside, this hasn't moved south despite the market tanking, based on the resource estimates and the Chinese backing, the bottom has been set imo ... all eyes on an announcement to keep things ticking along ... it jumped violently last time a material piece of announcement came out and i expect the same for the next ... any company with some sort of Chinese backing should do okay in this market ...
