Have heard that management don't make themselves available to their corporate peers. Mind you I think they have an exclusive agreement with BBY for three years. Even still, stories of management turning down free research from other providers is odd. A company in their position with their enviable reputation – seems misguided, or if one wanted to be unkind, somewhat cavalier.
