I'm like you Jerry, comfortable with the longer term prospect, seems to be a viable project and they have advanced it at remarkable speed. I also bought at .07 average but even at that price I still think it's cheap.

It's now capitilised at less than $8m yet they are sitting on a tax loss worth around $12m. Put aside all the potential, this fact alone makes it undervalued by the market.

I agree it is damaging to have La-jolla dumping stock but that doesn't make it a bad deal, just an unfortunate side affect. Torian has secured the funding and is using it well, I'd be enourmously concerned if they did not have funding.....KOKO are there better options available to specci like Torian?

Where I disagree with you Jerry is on the salary thing. I also would like the board to continue driving the company with no drawdown on working capital (no salary) but they have been doing it for 3 years!!! Before they were allocated shares they purchased a heap (much more than any of us) and at higher prices. The shares they bought and the ones issued to them are worthless if they don't perform.

My concern is that if they don't get paid by Torian, will they continue to drive it as hard? will they find more attractive, easier options and leave us holding a bunch of shares and some new directors without the contacts, history and momentum.
These current guys have done more in 3 years than previous boards did in 20 so I think if they want to get a salary and pay their bills without further eroding thier personal assets, I for one will support it so long as they continue to push forward.
I don't like the outflow of cash but their focus is the only thing protecting my investment so I'm voting for it.

It's a bit of a 2 way street and if we want them to do the right thing by us then......
