I would welcome anyone to validate how they believe that because P1 has a 30c value that GCN ought to have the same value even though they share revenue and have the same number of shares on issue.
My understanding is that P1 is valued at $270 million (conservatively of course??) because they own a database which has an intrinsic potential future value...
If this venture with GCN was unsuccessful and the business fell over, P1 would still have its database and structure which would still be valued even though it doesnt bring in revenue.
On the other hand, if this venture fell over, GCN would only have the technology rights which would probably be worth.......hmmmmm....SFA..
I am not well researched in these companies, just watched the tv show for 20 minutes and liked the idea, so I would appreciate some feedback by someone who knows better.
