Also, companies like RIO and BHP prefer to develop Tier 1 assets themselves. Why would RIO want to complicate matters and deal with CGNPC? Makes no sense.
And the price for EXT is far too low. Where is the justification from CGNPC for this price, especially as we have just had deals with a value of closer to $8/lb or higher? Any independent experts report will rubbish the offer.
I would be absolutely flabbergasted if this went for anything under $10.
