I have got to say too, for former employees/business associates to be holding shares in a company they no longer believe in, time could be better spent elsewhere. Perhaps a quick course in charting. One might have atleast got out at around one cent where alarm bells were ringing. Regardless one can be excused for ignoring charting rules when it comes to penny stocks especially since the buy and hold approach (the most proven way for making the best money in the stock market) definitely applies. Especially if one, for whatever numerous reasons, is prepared to back the company with money 'one can afford to lose'. So if one takes the decision not to sell no point taking the passive view of just simply slagging off against the company.
Time would be better spent going out into the business world, since you know much better, and perhaps become one of the competitors instead of sprouting off with all the rear view vision sarcasm
