Basically, pharmassett's phase 2 trial shows after 12 weeks of daily 400mg PSI-7977 with peg/inf, patients were 91% cured.
With 200mg PSI-7977 with peg/inf, patients were 88% cured.
How does this compare with Bit-225. Well, we achieve 87% cure at 3 months with only 4 weeks of adding 400mg of Bit-225 to the inf.rib mix. What would have been the results with 12 weeks of bit225?
Biotron's market cap is $18 million. Gilead just bought Pharmasset for $11 billion. Explain to me the difference in value???
Have I missed something? Is the only difference they are probably a year more advanced as we need to do a phase 2b trial while they will be conducting a phase 3 trial?
