I'm new to SDL so a little curious about Hanlong. In the initial notice of Hanglong becoming a substantial holder I notice that the vast majority of shares purchased were under a deferred settlement. Does anyone know whether they have even paid for these shares? The other interesting thing about the notice was the lack of purchase price for shares bought by Hanglong.

This could actually substantiate the actual deal being done by the CDB!
