You are quite , correct, Nnz-2566 to prevent post stroke apathy is one of their programs. Also creating an oral watersoluble version. Abit like taking a Berocca after drinking.
I can see a sachet of this stuff in every soldiers kit. An injectible kit would have to be present also for unconscious and nauseus patients.
US Army gets it supplies at cost. But every other army pays full price.
They have identified at least 10 programs worth pursuing for this one drug. Once it gets approved the off-indication use will explode. They will be giving it to anybody who has any injury accident illness that can result in Brain Injury.
This drug could be right up there with Lipitor or PBT2 if it proves successful.
