Still stuck... my old account name allows me to reset the password, but that is it. Can not enter the account using any password or any of the two account numbers that I have.
I have been through about 4 half hour periods now, waiting for resets in the hope that it would come good....
It is stuffed for me.
Please let me know if there are any fixes? :-(
Sort of sorry to hear I am not alone, but it does console a little.
