Hey Klogg
That is precisely what we are trying to work out here by using other gold deposits and measured resources as a guide.
Its very hard to work this out without the detailed assays from the previous and current drilling program.
The average cost to extract gold in PNG is approximately $500-550/Oz. So you can use that as a guide for any calcs you are working on. Whereas in Australia most of these <3mill ounce deposits sit between $750-1100 per ounce.
Still highly profitable.
All we can work do is estimate what our Maiden JORC Upgrade will be by using other upgrades that have occurred recently due to the higher gold price.
What will also be very interesting to see over coming weeks and months are these drilling results and the 2nd Increase in JORC Gold Resource which is expected in May 2012 based on their AGM Presentation.
Between now and June 30 2011, eg this Financial Year, we should see some substantial company making news events for IndoChine.
Cheers Nectar
