The question you need to ask is what is the purpose of a cap raise.
Firstly what is the cash at hand, then what is the cash burn rate.
Add in the extra $500k-$1m as well.
My calculations is that they don't need money for daily operating costs at this stage.
So maybe before judging wait and see for what purposes the money will be raised for.
