Public companies are only required to notify ASIC of their Top 20 once per year unfortunately. If any shares are issued, or there is any share split, or the amount of paid-up capital is changed, ASIC will again need to be notified using Form 484. Unfortunately that leaves it up to the company if they want to tell you their Top 20. Nothing stopping you getting info from D&B etc but you have to pay for it.
