No Chris et al , 'the press conference location would be announced approx 48 hrs before the event' . The event time stated was 1.00pm CST Monday 12th ie.6.00am Tuesday 13th EST Aust. The 'details to be released' are the details of the announcements made at that press conference .
ie, they should have released the press conference location by approx 6.00am yesterday .
Is the non announcement that important ? Well , are we that worried where it is held - not personally BUT it is yet another unfulfilled promise .
