3-4 years ago bci peaked at 2.20 , now a fully fledged operation selling 5 million tons of iron ore a year (2012-2013) and here we are sitting at 2.50. it was only 12 months ago that regent offered 3.30 and the deal was not accepted because the valuation by independent experts was around 4 dollars . with the project significantly derisked i would suggest that valuation could be now around 4.50. so 2.50 is a really good deal
