re: Ann: Daily share buy-back notice - Append... ASF...don't confuse the top 20 with the Pallinghurst crew in its entirety.
Pallinghurst & co (the top 6) represents approx 80%, which IMO leaves the other 20% as enough of a group to want and obtain a hell of alot more than a 30% premium on the current shareprice in the event of a privatisation.
Interestingly they seem to have paused the buyback...
