There is something very sus happening in fxl. I think what someone has done is borrowed 20M shares and then immediately sold most of them off market. If they tried to sell them on market they wouldn't be able to sell them all at a good price.
They then can use some of the remaining shares on market to push the share price down with only a fraction that they borrowed. They would then buy back off market again at a lower price. Pretty neat really but devastating for the holders.
